Are purchases insured for damage in shipping?
Insurance through the USPS is an option for every purchase (unless fragile it is included). We strongly advise everyone to use this option if your purchase is valued over $25.00. We are NOT responsible for any lost or damaged items, due to shipping, and we do NOT make any profit on insurance charges.
DAMAGE DURING SHIPPING
If an item is damaged during shipping PLEASE notify us by email with pictures attached within 48 hours of delivery. We may replace the item (when one is available) or give full refund less original shipping and insurance cost as soon as USPS approves the claim. You will be required to take the item to your local Post Office as they require the item to complete the claim process.
